Head’s Welcome

Hello and welcome to St. Chad’s Church of England Primary School.

I’m Fiona Davis, and it’s a real privilege to lead this wonderful school community. At St. Chad’s, we believe every child is a unique and precious individual, and it’s our joy to help them grow in confidence, curiosity and character.

Our school vision, “A future with hope,” taken from Jeremiah 29:11, lies at the heart of all we do. It reflects our deep commitment to nurturing each child’s potential and preparing them for a life filled with promise, purpose and possibility.

As a Church of England school, our Christian values guide us in creating a caring, inclusive and nurturing environment where all children are encouraged to be the very best version of themselves.

We are proud to be a place where learning is exciting and meaningful. Whether our children are investigating science in the classroom, planting seeds in the allotment, or making music with their friends, we want every moment of their school day to be full of purpose, wonder and joy. Our curriculum is designed to be broad, rich and ambitious – supporting children to achieve highly while also discovering what lights them up inside.

We are a true school family. We value kindness, respect and strong partnerships with our parents and carers. Together, we build the foundations every child needs to flourish not just academically, but socially, emotionally and spiritually too.

I warmly invite you to explore our website to find out more about life at St. Chad’s. And if you would like to come and see us in person, we’d love to welcome you – our children are the best ambassadors and are always proud to show you what makes our school so special.

With best wishes,
Fiona Davis
